Applicable to those who work on-board a passenger ship and whose muster list duty requires them to assist passengers in emergency situations. Crew members will be provided with the underpinning knowledge for dealing with passengers / guests in emergencies including:
– Mustering procedures.
– Awareness of life saving appliances and control plans.
– Ability to assist passengers to muster and embarkation stations.
– Communicating with passengers during an emergency.
