Resulting in Ship’s Cook Certificate and run in accordance with the requirements of MLC to confirm whether the candidates have the necessary skills and knowledge to then apply to ‘Flag’ for the ‘Ships Cook Recognition Certificate.’ On completion of the Ships Cook Assessment course, we, with the candidates will complete all registration forms to ensure that all information is correct before submitting the application to CISR and verify all requirements are met (including STCW, sea time, Medical etc). – Can be classroom-based or onboard.
